In October 2014 in participation with Photopolis, a city-wide celebration of photography, Friends of Halifax Common sponsored Parking The Common – Documentation of Phylum Paveia, a photographic exhibition. The photo exhibition, an artful collaboration between biologist Peggy Cameron and photographer Kathleen Flanagan identified and documented ‘Phylum Paveia’, an invasive species responsible for the creeping disappearance of the Halifax Common. The exhibition was shown on monitors at Dalhousie’s School of Architecture and Planning. It is available below for your viewing.
