Dustin Harvey a Halifax based theatre-maker led an artist’s walk along the route of his recent project “the common: as long as you have so far,” a theatrical encounter for one person in a public space with the help of a headset. The walk explores the process through which history and memory are combined to create a living narrative of the common, and how the location was central to making the choices.
The walk subverts the way we normally think about location and is based on a project created by Dustin Harvey and Robert Plowman with collaboration from Brian Riley and help from Andrea Dymond and Rae Brown.
